One of my favorite ways to plan things out is to make a calendar. I can visually see what is going on certain days and how far spaced out things are. After I make one, I feel more organized and like upcoming events are less of a jumble. They are also really fun to make, too! This was the calendar I made for June:

That pattern is called light the fire or something I think?....
Anyway, I just felt like sharing my cute calendars with you. :) I am going to go fill out my July one now!
